MARTIN SCHULZE (born 1967, Berlin) was graduated
from the University of Greifswald as a student of church music. He
supplemented his knowledge and skill at a summer academy for organists in
Haarlem/Metherlands in 1992. Schulze was a cantor of the church St Mary in
Friedland, Mecklenburg. |

 New
organ for Coronado / Costa Rica
we have done four suggestions
of installation of new organs to
the church municipality.
Of one of these organs we see on the sketch which I
have provided yesterday. This is a 16 stop organ with two manuals and pedal,
which is more than double size of the present organ. In the next days we
will hear more about the thoughts of these project. |

On the Japanese television our film is emitted in the matter of Tanaka in Ludwigsburg now on 09.02.2008 Then we receive
the DVD during February with the contribution where in every case a
few sequences on our Internet page are shown. Nevertheless, there we are curious very

Dortmund Reinoldi Church:
New
Walcker-organ in the visor
To this subject, a
commentary cannot stay away: The idea to use the spaceless
Walcker-organ from the Gelsenkirchener Hans-Sachs-Haus for the
Reinoldi-church in Dortmund is stunning - logical and consistent! Also the
restriction that here a concert hall organ would have probably isolated
adaptation difficulties into a cathedral room with restricted scales and
sound power, can learn thoroughly organ specific and tonal corrections. The
Oscar-Walcker-organ therefore is after my view, that best and reasoned what
can befall the Reinoldi-church in Dortmund. Especially also could be argued
that the high restoration costs find now into a really reasoned culture
project its fulfillment. I am certain nevertheless that the famous, soft
sound of the organ, that was impaired already by the work of Walcker ,
will lose , especially by the transposition on bow store, now by further "restoration
measures" further at quality, because time is out of the "crescendo-hearing
and this break will reforce this sound and the" fanfare" are today yet
much more importantly. We will hear more "contrast", in place of fine
differentiations. Nevertheless essential is been preserved.
With one thing,
I can explain myself to be sure absolutely not agreed. It is would have this
the argumentation " Gerard Bunk the wellkowed composer of Reinoldi Church
was planning the Gelsenkirchen organ".. Without the reference that Bunk has
also planned the existing Walcker-organ in Reinoldi, that was built by
my father, this is a big fat lie that is again typical for that around
contributions of churches members. Who argues today against the "Neobarocks"
with the same means, how that did at that time the organ movement and its
afterbirths, that no hair is better than this. That Bunk developed from late
romantic organ music to neobraock ist no secret at all.But naturally the lie

Walcker-organ out of 1957 no longer is to be repaired...", proves, with

Oscar Walckers sound presentations
A

Walcker did very openly its presentations over organ building, person and

pictures collection adapted on the Web by Walcker-organ that extensively

Tanaka,
At the
13.12. 07, a Japanese film team comes after
Ludwigsburg to the OWS to make receptions around there over the work
of the Japanese music scientist Tanaka, who 1892 was honored by Wilhelm II
with an high medaille. Tanaka corresponded in approximately 200 letters with
the firm Walcker and constructed there a pure voice harmonium, that yet
exists as only of this type
today and stands in the OSCAR WALCKER school. The 200 originals
letters are in my possession, that I bring along to this purpose to the
receptions and make available subsequently a researcher out of
Würzburg for studies. |
